Juriste marchés de travaux / gestion de projets F/H

La filiale VINCI Energies France Tertiaire IdF est composée d'une vingtaine de sociétés spécialisées dans la réalisation des travaux des lots techniques (génie climatique, électrique et sanitaire) des bâtiments tertiaires d'Ile-De-France.

Nous recherchons un.e Juriste Marchés de travaux/gestion de projets, rattaché(e) à la directrice juridique et intégré(e) à une équipe de 4 collaborateurs.

Votre rôle est d’accompagner les opérationnels dans la gestion d’affaires, et à ce titre vos missions sont les suivantes :

  • Analyse des documents d’appels d’offre (marchés de travaux privés et publics)
  • Rédaction d’actes et de contrats, et accompagnement à la négociation contractuelle
  • Gestion contractuelle ; conseil et assistance dans la gestion des grands projets
  • Rédaction et suivi de réclamations financières
  • Suivi de la sous-traitance
  • Gestion des sinistres : assistance dans le cadre des expertises d’assurance, recours, règlement
  • Contentieux : gestion et suivi des litiges aux côtés des experts et avocats
  • Mise au point et animation de formations internes auprès des opérationnels et fonctions supports
  • Vie des sociétés (immobilier, droit des sociétés, droit commercial, achats)

Profil :

De formation Master ou équivalent spécialisé en droit de la construction et des marchés de travaux, vous recherchez un nouveau challenge dans le domaine du BTP.

Vous avez une expérience confirmée de 7 à 10 ans minimum, idéalement sur un poste de Juriste opérationnel en entreprise.

Vous avez un excellent relationnel qui vous permet d'interagir avec une multitude d'interlocuteurs différents (opérationnels, avocats etc.).

Vous disposez d'une certaine pédagogie nécessaire pour conseiller et former vos interlocuteurs. 

Vous aimez le travail en équipe et avez de très bonnes capacités rédactionnelles.
