- Analyse des informations et tableaux et préparation des synthèses (toutes disciplines)
- Rédaction et revue des documents de référence sous le format approprié
Collecte et formalisation des REX pour nos 3 derniers projets
- Collecte des REX disponibles sur nos projets,
- Entretiens avec les personnes clés pour clarifications et développement si nécessaire,
- Formalisation des REX sous le format ENTC
Organisation et réalisation d’une revue collégiale pour définir les actions REX retenues à implémenter
Stage centré sur la collecte d’informations et de documents, l’analyse, la synthèse et la formalisation de documents de référence. Toutes les disciplines et les aspects d’un projet seront couverts (contrat, management, mobilisation/démobilisation, finance, sécurité, assurance qualité, contrôle qualité, planning, contrôle documentaire, ingénierie, achats et sous-traitance, construction, préparation à la mise en service, retours d’expériences).
Un profil généraliste est recherché. Utilisation des logiciels Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Acrobat…
