Dans le cadre de la création d'un nouveau pôle VINCI Energies Building Solutions IDF Électricité regroupant près de 30 entreprises, nous recrutons notre futur(e) :

Responsable Achats Pôle F/H

Rattaché(e) au Directeur Général du Pôle, vous déployez la stratégie achats en cohérence avec les orientations de la Division et les enjeux des entreprises.

À ce titre :

  • Vous pilotez la feuille de route achats du pôle et accompagnez les entreprises dans l'amélioration de leur performance économique.
  • Vous développez et sécurisez les partenariats stratégiques fournisseurs et sous-traitants.
  • Vous pilotez la performance achats et la maîtrise des risques tout en garantissant la conformité des pratiques.
  • Vous déployez les engagements RSE et les outils digitaux achats du Groupe.
  • Vous animez et développez la filière achats du pôle en accompagnant les équipes et en diffusant les bonnes pratiques.
  • Vous contribuez directement à la compétitivité, à la sécurisation des opérations et à la croissance du pôle.

Diplômé(e) d'une école de commerce, d'ingénieur ou d'une formation universitaire de niveau Bac+5, vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée dans les achats (8 ans), idéalement acquise dans le secteur du BTP ou d'un environnement technique.

Vous maîtrisez les techniques d'achats et de négociation, le pilotage de la performance ainsi que la gestion des relations fournisseurs et sous-traitants.

Reconnu(e) pour votre leadership, votre sens du business et votre capacité à fédérer en transverse, vous savez accompagner le changement, influencer vos interlocuteurs et porter des projets créateurs de valeur.
