Troubleshoot d'incident : Support N3++ télécom

  • Résolution incident et anomalies périmètre Cisco Call Manager
  • Investigation d'incident 
  • Niveau N3 +

Environnement technique : Oracle, Cisco, Teams, Webex, SBC, ECB, EOM, Session Border Controller, Enterprise Communication Broker, Enterprise Oracle Manager, VXML (Vloice over XML)


De formation Bac+5 en École d'ingénieur ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans l'environnement de Voix sur IP Cisco Call Manager.

Nous recherchons une personne disposant des compétences suivantes :
- Expérimenté en technologies réseau et voix sur IP : protocole SIP, call flows, IPBX, SBC, Oracle, Cisco, ECB, EOM, VXML (Vloice over XML), Cisco CCNA
- Soft skills : capacité d'adaptation aux environnement clients (Service Pilot), capacité d'analyse, esprit de synthèse, autonomie, curiosité, être force de proposition
- Bon niveau d'anglais technique.
