Ingénieur de production F/H

Rattaché(e) au service Workflow (20 collaborateurs), vous interviendrez sur des activités transverses d’intégration, d’industrialisation et de support des plateformes Workflow, acquisition et GED des SI Mysys et Equinoxe.

Vos principales responsabilités :

1. Exploitation des applications

  • Développer et mettre en place les plans de production applicatifs VTOM.
  • Assurer le suivi opérationnel des applications en responsabilité.
  • Gérer et résoudre les incidents, piloter les cellules de crise technique.
  • Proposer et mettre en œuvre des optimisations et améliorations.
  • Participer aux interventions et astreintes (heures ouvrées et non ouvrées).

2. Homologation technique avant mise en production

  • Préparer les infrastructures de tests et compléter les plans de tests.
  • Réaliser les tests techniques et de performance (Performance Center, Loadrunner ou Neoload).
  • Analyser les résultats, contribuer au diagnostic, rédiger les rapports GO/NOGO.
  • Maintenir le patrimoine de tests pour les intégrations ultérieures.


3. Projets & Maintien en condition opérationnelle

  • Gérer les évolutions des composants techniques du SI.
  • Contribuer à la mise en place du DEVOPS et accompagner les projets du service.
  • Développer des scripts et outils pour automatiser les tâches (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus et outils d’industrialisation.
  • Intégrer les meilleures pratiques de sécurité et outils DevSecOps.

Expérience confirmée en exploitation applicative.

Compétences techniques obligatoires :

  • VTOM / Control-M
  • Zabbix
  • ELK 

Compétence importante : AppDynamics (niveau junior).

Anglais professionnel (impératif).

Capacité à :

  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre des dysfonctionnements complexes.
  • Proposer des solutions d’optimisation et de performance.
  • Travailler en interface avec les équipes Études, Infrastructures et Sécurité.
  • Connaissance des outils d’automatisation (Terraform, Ansible) et des pratiques DevOps / DevSecOps appréciée.
