VINCI Facilities recrute un(e) Comptable Clients motivé(e) et rigoureux(se) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Vous serez au cœur des échanges financiers avec nos clients, en assurant un suivi précis de la comptabilité client et fournisseurs, ainsi qu'une gestion rigoureuse de la trésorerie. 

Sous la responsabilité de la Responsable Administratif Financier, voici vos missions :

📌 Comptabilité Clients et Fournisseurs

Enregistrer les commandes clients forfait et hors forfait
Établir et émettre les factures
GĂ©rer les encaissements clients
Assurer le dépôt des factures sur les différentes plateformes
Suivre la contrathèque client entreprise
Réaliser les opérations de recouvrement
Comptabiliser les factures fournisseurs
Gérer les litiges fournisseurs et le suivi des comptes non soldés
Assurer les paiements fournisseurs et la gestion des cautions bancaires
Créer et suivre les immobilisations

Contrôler, saisir et régler les notes de frais

📌 Trésorerie

Comptabiliser les opérations de trésorerie
Traiter les rejets de paiements
Effectuer les décaissements vers les organismes
RĂ©aliser des virements manuels
Suivre les comptes bancaires et établir les états de trésorerie


🎓 Profil recherché

Diplômé(e) d’un BTS Comptabilité et Gestion (ou formation équivalente)
Une première expérience en comptabilité clients est un atout
Maîtrise de SAP fortement souhaitée
Une expérience dans le secteur du BTP serait un plus
À l’aise avec les outils bureautiques (Excel, etc.)
