Responsable Administratif d'Entreprise F/H

Comptabilité & Trésorerie :

- Piloter la comptabilité clients et fournisseurs
- Assurer le suivi des contrats clients
- Traiter le recouvrement
- Gérer la trésorerie financière de l'entreprise

Contrôle de gestion :

- Suivre et analyser la situation financière des projets/affaires
- Piloter le chiffre d'affaires et les résultats financiers
- Élaborer les arrêtés de comptes
- Participer à l'élaboration des budgets prévisionnels
- Suivi et mise à jour des indicateurs financiers

Missions transverses :

- Développer des supports pour améliorer la transmission des flux financiers et opérationnels
- Contribuer aux projets transversaux de l’entreprise


Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation supérieure, bac +5 spécialisé en gestion financière, comptabilité ou contrôle de gestion.
Vous êtes autonome, disposez d’un bon relationnel vous permettant de vous adapter à différents interlocuteurs, vous avez une réelle aisance managériale, un esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
