Assitant comptable F/H

ACTEMIUM Cambrai (49 personnes), entreprise du groupe VINCI Energies et spécialisée en installations électriques, automatismes et transmissions mécaniques à destination des industriels (agroalimentaire, cosmétique, environnement, métallurgie, chimie, …) recherche un(e) Assistant(e) Comptable H/F afin de remplacer l’une de ses salariées prochainement en retraite.

Vos différentes missions pourront être les suivantes :

  • Comptabilité fournisseurs : enregistrement et paiement des factures fournisseurs, lettrage des comptes fournisseurs, suivi des fournisseurs (relances impayés, litiges…), création et modification dans la base informatique des données fournisseurs

  • Comptabilité clients : saisie des budgets et commandes clients, facturation clients, relances des impayés

  • Intérimaires et prêt de personnel inter-entreprise : suivi des intérimaires, rédaction des contrats, relation avec les boîtes d’intérimaire, lettrage des factures avec les pointages

  • Budget : aide à l’établissement du budget quantitatif et à l’élaboration du Power-point de présentation

  • Gestion du personnel : saisie des pointages et des absences

  • Trésorerie : traitement des opérations bancaires (partie décaissements)

  • Comptabilité générale et analytique : traitement des factures de frais généraux et de formations, préparation des opérations cut-off fin d’année, validation des factures non parvenues commandes d’achat pour les clôtures mensuelles

  • Autres : classement, gestion des archives

Ce poste en CDI est à pourvoir à Neuville Saint Rémy (59) pour une rémunération (Plan épargne VINCI et autres avantages) à négocier selon votre profil et expérience.


De formation BAC +2 (type BTS Comptabilité et Gestion) à Bac+4, vous justifiez d'une expérience dans une fonction similaire.

Votre curiosité, votre créativité et votre rigueur ainsi que votre capacité à travailler en équipe et votre sens des responsabilités seront les principaux atouts pour mener à bien vos missions.
