Responsable QHSE F/H

La société Cegelec Nouvelle-Calédonie regroupe aujourd’hui six « entreprises » associées chacune à une marque avec des services à forte valeur ajoutée dans les secteurs de l’énergie, du traitement de l’air et des technologies de l’information couvrant les quatre domaines d’activité portés par VINCI Energies : l’industrie, le tertiaire, les infrastructures, les télécommunications.

Nous recherchons pour notre société, un(e) Responsable QHSE en CDI.

Rattachée au directeur, vous contribuez activement à la mise en oeuvre
du pilotage de la politique QHSE. Vos missions : 

Pilotage et stratégie QHSE
- Conseil et déploiement de la politique QHSE
- Plan d’actions et revues de direction
- Reporting & Communication Groupe

Management du Système
- Gestion documentaire
- Veille règlementaire
- Application des procédures

Maitrise des risques
- Evaluations & audits internes
- Analyse incidents et non conformités

Terrain & Sensibilisation
- Visite chantiers
- Formation & Sensibilisation.

Des déplacements sur toute la Nouvelle Calédonie sont à prévoir. Permis B essentiel.

Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation BAC+2 à BAC+5 en QHSE et avez une expérience signaficative sur un poste similaire.

Vous avez des compétences sur les normes ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, en audits et en gestion des risques ainsi qu'en pilotage de projets.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur et votre méthodologie, votre leadership et votre autonomie ainsi que votre esprit d’équipe.

Vous faites preuve d'une réelle capacité d’adaptation, êtes force de proposition, avez le sens des responsabilités et savez accompagner les équipes.
