• Participation in the development, planning and implementation of offshore wind projects (national / international)
• Technical work package manager wind turbine from contract negotiations until execution of the wind turbine supply contract up to the handover to the operating party
• Scheduling, budget control and interdisciplinary coordination of the team
• Manage the schedule for the work package in accordance with the overall project schedule
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations (HSE) will be considered in all phases of the project
• Implementation of technical due diligence processes offshore wind
• Participation in the identification and management of technical risks (internal & external), issues and impacts of the project
• Preparation of technical documentation (specifications, processes, concepts)
• Ensuring compliance with approval and certification requirements (national / international)
• Assistance in ensuring the contractual conformity of technical documentation
• Accompanying the execution work (installations and commissioning offshore) and implementation of acceptances, if necessary.
• Participation in industry-specific working groups (e.g. WAB) and research projects

• You have a degree in electrical engineering, wind energy technology, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable training
• You have at least 3 years of experience, preferably already in a responsible project management position in the areas of infrastructure or energy projects, ideally experience with supply contracts for offshore wind turbines
• You possess a profound technical knowledge of large electrical/mechanical systems
• You have a team player mentality and have strong (intercultural) communication and organizational skills
• A confident, always polite and professionally competent demeanor is a matter of course for you
• You are familiar with the state of the art and have knowledge of the market
• You are characterized by a reliable, structured way of working and process-oriented thinking
• You are willing to travel (domestically/abroad) and to work offshore (if required)
• You have very good knowledge of the common Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken) complete your profile
• A valid car driving license (B or class 3) is available
