Project Controller
15/04/2024Under the supervision of the Agency Manager, the incumbent will provide administrative support to the team of Project Managers. More specifically, he/she will:
- Make purchase orders for project managers;
- Ensure insurance follow-up;
- Update employee training records;
- Prepare meeting agendas;
- Create accounts;
- Assist project managers with day-to-day project management;
- Manage site documentation;
- Participate in site orders;
- Cost allocation and management of supplier invoices;
- Perform any other related tasks to support the team.
- DEP in secretarial, administrative or office automation with 3 years' experience;
- Or a DEC in secretarial work, administration or office automation;
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (advanced level);
- Excellent command of English;
- Excellent organizational skills, rigor, attention to detail and management of priorities.
