Responsable d'affaires génie climatique junior - Stage F/H

Sa Direction Régionale recrute pour une de ses entreprises JOUAN un(e) Responsable Affaires génie climatique adjoint(e) en stage de fin d’études, à RENNES (35).

L’entreprise JOUAN assure l'étude, la conception et la réalisation des installations Génie Climatique avec une expertise en climatisation à détente directe.

Vos missions :

Intégré.e au sein de notre équipe, vous découvrirez le métier de Responsable d’Affaires en assistant les différents Responsables d’Affaires confirmées de l’entreprise sur les missions suivantes :

  • Vous participez aux chiffrages, à la réalisation de dossier technique, à la négociation et au soutien des offres,
  • Vous participez à toutes les phases d’un projet de sa phase de lancement à la réception : définition des moyens humains, techniques et matériels nécessaires,
  • Vous travaillez en synergie avec le bureau d’études pour la faisabilité technique et le conducteur de travaux pour la réalisation du chantier,
  • Vous prospecter et identifier des besoins clients pour développer des affaires.


  • Vous êtes en dernière année d’une formation Ingénieur en Génie Climatique ou Thermique, vous possédez une première expérience professionnelle terrain la CVC (chauffage, ventilation, climatisation) lors d’un précédent stage.
  • Votre goût du terrain, votre capacité de travail, votre bon relationnel et vos bonnes capacités de management sont autant d'atouts qui contribueront à votre réussite à ce poste.
  • Démarrage du stage prévu entre avril et mai 2026.
