Rattaché(e) à un Responsable d’Affaires ou de site, vous intervenez en itinérance sur plusieurs sites tertiaires en Île‑de‑France (75, 78, 92, 95).
Votre objectif : garantir le bon fonctionnement des installations et le confort des occupants.
🛠️ Vos missions
- Assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations :CVC/Électricité/Plomberie
- Diagnostiquer les pannes et réaliser la remise en état
- Répondre aux demandes d’intervention clients
- ContrĂ´ler le bon fonctionnement des Ă©quipements
- Renseigner la GMAO et établir les comptes‑rendus d’intervention
- Appliquer strictement les procédures et règles de sécurité
- Prendre soin de votre outillage et gérer votre stock courant
- Maintenir une relation de qualité avec les clients et sous‑traitants
- Remonter les anomalies et proposer des améliorations techniques
🎓 Formation & compétences
Niveau BAC à BAC+2 technique : Génie climatique, FEE, maintenance énergétique, CVC…
Excellentes bases en plomberie, électricité, serrurerie, CVC.
Connaissances solides en maintenance : chauffage, ventilation, climatisation, électricité, plomberie.
Maîtrise des outils informatiques (GMAO, applicatifs internes).
Aisance relationnelle et sens du service client.
