Administrateur SAN & Stockage F/H

Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes Infrastructure, un grand acteur du secteur bancaire recherche un(e) Administrateur(trice) SAN & Stockage pour intervenir sur des infrastructures critiques hébergeant les services stratégiques du groupe.

Vous intégrerez une équipe experte en charge du maintien en conditions opérationnelles et de l'évolution des plateformes de stockage Bloc dans un environnement exigeant en termes de disponibilité, de performance et de sécurité.

La mission porte sur l'administration et l'exploitation des infrastructures de stockage SAN de l'entreprise.

L'environnement est exclusivement basé sur les technologies :

- SAN Cisco
- Baies de stockage Pure Storage
- Les infrastructures sont administrées depuis les sites français, avec des interactions régulières avec des équipes internationales, notamment basées à Porto.

Dans ce contexte, vous participerez aussi bien aux activités de RUN qu'aux projets d'évolution, d'automatisation et d'industrialisation des plateformes.

Maintien en Conditions Opérationnelles (RUN)
- Assurer l'administration et l'exploitation des infrastructures SAN et stockage.
- Traiter les incidents et demandes liés aux plateformes de stockage.
- Garantir la disponibilité, la performance et la résilience des infrastructures.
- Assurer le support de niveau expert auprès des clients internes et des équipes techniques.
- Réaliser les analyses techniques et les diagnostics complexes.

Projets et évolutions
- Participer aux projets de transformation et d'évolution des infrastructures.
- Contribuer aux opérations de migration des environnements de stockage.
- Participer aux upgrades matériels et logiciels des plateformes.
- Accompagner le déploiement de nouvelles architectures et solutions techniques.
- Être force de proposition sur les optimisations techniques et opérationnelles.

Automatisation et industrialisation
- Développer ou faire évoluer les outils d'administration et d'exploitation.
- Participer à la modernisation des scripts existants (migration Perl vers Python).
- Contribuer à l'automatisation des tâches d'exploitation.
- Participer à la mise en œuvre de solutions basées sur SNMP et autres mécanismes de supervision.

Métrologie et outils de pilotage
- Participer au développement d'outils de suivi de performance et de conformité.
- Contribuer à l'alimentation et l'exploitation des données de supervision.
- Participer à l'intégration d'outils tels que : OpenMetrics, Power BI, PostgreSQL
- Produire les indicateurs nécessaires au pilotage des infrastructures.

Automatisation du Delivery
- Participer au développement et à l'évolution des chaînes d'automatisation.
- Intervenir sur les outils d'infrastructure as code et d'automatisation tels que : Ansible, AA2P
- Contribuer aux démarches d'industrialisation des déploiements.

- Pure Storage : Junior à Confirmé
- Administration de baies Pure Storage
- Gestion des opérations de maintenance et d'évolution

Compétences souhaitables
- Développement Python : Junior
- Scripting et automatisation
- Automatisation des tâches d'exploitation

Technologies appréciées : Perl, SNMP, OpenMetrics, Power BI, PostgreSQL, Ansible
Infrastructure Automation

Vous disposez d'une expérience significative dans l'administration d'infrastructures de stockage et souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement bancaire à fortes contraintes de disponibilité.

Astreintes : Participation au dispositif d'astreinte, environ 1 semaine toutes les 5 à 6 semaines
