MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS

The service holder shall prepare and administrate all the contracts placed by the project in the following project phases (Pre-project, FEED). He might be involved in the preparation and administration of the EPC contract in a second time.

ACTIVITIES

1. Manage the CCFT FEED Contract and preparation of the execution Contracts
2. Support the CCFT Manager on Technical and commercial clarification during the FEED CCFT.
3. Support the engineering manager during the FEED execution.
4. Ensure that all tenders and contract activities are performed in accordance with regulations, TTE rules and procedures
5. Prepare all procedures related to contract
6. Organize clarification meetings
7. Negotiate contract and prepare RTA
8. Support the Project Control manager in all small contracts placement and all contract-related activities.
9. Prepare Variation and maintain Variation register and assist Project Control Manager in Matters concerning Claims, Disputes and negotiation.
10. Assist and advise Project Control Manager and Project Manager on all matters related to contract administration

CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT

Project Live Oak is a large-scale e-NG initiative in Nebraska, jointly developed by our client, TES, and several Japanese partners. The GPI Team will be based in Paris during the FEED and might move later to EPC contractor offices.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Qualification: Engineering, business, or Law school degree
• Languages: English
• Professional Experience: +15 years
• Experience within project: 10 years in a project CFT and contract administration in the Energies industry

OTHER OBSERVATIONS

The service holder should be familiar with Window Office tools and CFT tool ARIBA.
