CONTEXTE DE LA MISSION
Déploiement à l'international d'un projet et support de l'activité d'un département en charge de la centralisation du flux achats de matériels au sein d'un centre de service partagé (Procurement Factory).

RÔLES ET RESPONSABILITES SUR LE PROJET
Objectif et livrables :
  • Référent DATA : définition de la stratégie d'exploitation du datalake ; arbitrage ; conception ; analyse ; contrôle qualité
  • Run et Mise à disposition de rapports sous formats Excel & PowerBi
  • Maintien des extracts et des reporting Power-BI
  • Expertise SAP MM
  • Standardisation des KPI et mise en place d'outils et de tableaux de bords permettant une meilleure visibilité et prise de décision.
  • Standardisation et industrialisation des processus.
  • Conduite du changement auprès des filiales lors des phases de déploiement.
  • Expertise fonctionnelle achats et Outil SAP MM
