Chef de chantier F/H

Nous accompagnons nos clients industriels dans la mécanisation et la robotisation des processus manuels, leurs projets courants forts/courants faibles et vers les nouvelles technologies tournées vers l’industrie 4.0. Nous avons une triple certification AFAQ : ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001.

Nous recherchons un Chef de chantier H/F pour intégrer une de nos équipes en IDF

 Rattaché.e au responsable d’affaires, vous rejoignez notre équipe projet en tant que chef de chantier. 

Vous aurez la charge d’encadrer les équipes et de garantir la bonne réalisation des travaux en électricité et automatisation, sur des installations industrielles.

Vos missions :

- Encadrer les équipes internes (monteurs et chefs d’équipes) et la sous-traitance

- Participer aux activités de chantier (installation, montage, raccordement, repli de chantier, …)

- Effectuer des relevés en phases Etudes ou Avant-projet

- Organiser le chantier chaque jour et anticiper le déroulement des travaux

- Préparer les commandes de matériels et outillages nécessaires au chantier

- S’assurer de la conformité des plans édités par le Bureau d’Etudes

- Contribuer à la bonne dynamique de l’équipe et à l’image de l’entreprise

- Connaître les limites de prestation du chantier et assurer le respect des budgets/heures

- Veiller à la satisfaction, l’écoute, l’identification des besoins et l’exigence qualité du client

- Appliquer et promouvoir les politiques de prévention qualité, sécurité et environnement de l’Entreprise

- Veiller à la conformité du matériel utilisé sur le chantier/ par les équipes

- Remonter toutes anomalies auprès de la hiérarchie et du responsable QSE

- Remonter les informations au Bureau d’Etudes pour la mise à jour TQC du dossier de plans

- Participer au retour d’expérience projet


- Formation technique en électricité avec une habilitation électrique et mécanique, idéalement

- Habilitation CACES Nacelle

- Expérience confirmée (minimum 5 ans) en tant que chef de chantier électricité industrielle

- Mobilité sur un périmètre régional, voire national

- Titulaire du Permis B
