Our Estimating team plays a pivotal role in setting our projects up for success. With a strong EOI and tender conversion rate, the team works on complex, high-profile opportunities and helps shape the strategies that ultimately become the projects our delivery teams bring to life.

You’ll contribute to a variety of tenders for a diverse range of clients while developing your estimating skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
If you’re interested in transitioning to corporate hours with greater predictability, flexibility, and the ability to be home every night and are driven, eager to learn and ready to take the next step in your career - we’d love to hear from you!
About the role:
- Work closely with the estimating team to prepare accurate tender estimates and support the development of bid proposals and submission documents for civil construction projects
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to request quotes and gather pricing for materials, labour and services
- Assist with early‑stage procurement activities on new projects, including managing RFQs in line with tender programs
- Contribute to estimating quantities and costs, identify schedule discrepancies, and ensure timely completion of tender estimates
- Maintain accurate records of correspondence, calculations, and methodologies throughout each tender process
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
- Experience delivering civil infrastructure construction projects
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders
- Effective time‑management and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and handle feedback professionally
- Ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a high-performing pre-contracts team
Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver’s Licence and have their own transport.
We have a range of benefits available for our employee:
- Financial Wellbeing: competitive remuneration, salary continuance insurance and employee share program

Warning to applicants about false job offers and fraudulent proposals
The VINCI group wishes to warn applicants about the online publication of false job offers for contracts abroad in the name of VINCI group companies. The authors of these offers fraudulently use the corporate names, brands and logos of VINCI group companies to deceive applicants, inducing them to reveal personal information and to pay money to obtain alleged services. Under no circumstances do VINCI group companies ask for candidates' bank details or any payment of money as part of their recruitment process. We therefore strongly recommend that applicants check the authenticity of job offers before responding to them.
