Responsable d'Affaires en Electricité Industrielle confirmé F/H F/H

ACTEMIUM Reims (33 collaborateurs), entreprise de VINCI Energies et spécialisée en électricité industrielle, automatisme, supervision et ingénierie à destination des industriels (agroalimentaire, automobile, métallurgie…), recherche un Responsable d’Affaires afin d’accompagner son développement et sa croissance dans les services à nos clients.

Directement rattaché(e) au Chef d’entreprise, vous animez et développez les relations commerciales. Vous pilotez la conception et la réalisation technique des projets, en assurez la gestion et managez une équipe.

Dans le cadre de votre fonction, vous aurez pour missions :

  • Piloter de A à Z les projets sur les plans techniques, économiques et humains : réponse technique aux cahiers des charges, réalisation des devis et présentation aux clients, négociation commerciale, intervention et gestion du chantier, gestion financière des affaires, gestion du personnel affecté et du planning…
  • Réaliser les études d’équipement en collaboration avec le bureau d’étude et établir le chiffrage
  • Gérer la planification de ses chantiers, les suivre et en assurer le bon déroulement
  • Assurer une veille technologique
  • Entretenir et développer les relations avec les clients existants et prospecter de nouveaux clients par rapport aux métiers et expertise de l’entreprise
  • Manager les équipes et les moyens techniques dans le respect des règles de sécurité, qualité et environnement
  • Animer, informer ses équipes et veille à la diffusion des informations de la direction
  • Participer à la performance de l’entreprise et veiller à son image chez ses clients


Ce poste en CDI est à pourvoir sur le secteur de Reims (51) pour une rémunération (Plan épargne Vinci et autres avantages) à négocier selon votre profil et expérience.


📢 VOTRE PROFIL :

  • De formation supérieur (bac+5/école d’ingénieur) ou de formation technique en génie électrique/automatisme, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative dans une fonction similaire (minimum 5 ans)
  • Vous disposez de solides connaissances en automatisme, électrotechnique et maîtriser la norme C18-510. Vous êtes organisé, réactif et avez le sens de l’autorité. Vos qualités relationnelles et commerciales ainsi que votre capacité d’écoute et d’analyse vous permettront de mener à bien vos missions.
