Directement rattaché(e) au Responsable Administratif et Financier vos responsabilités seront :

  • Gestion du courrier, des commandes frais généraux
  • Saisie des factures fournisseurs, des notes de frais 
  • Préparation des règlements fournisseurs et des notes de frais
  • Gestion des réclamations fournisseurs
  • Gestion des équipements
  • Saisie des bons de livraison
  • Suivi des engagements sur affaires
  • Gestion des déplacements professionnels
  • Suivi des attestations assurances et documents administratifs de la société
  • Suivi des impayés clients
  • Saisie de la trésorerie
  • Suivi des documents de nos sous traitants et co-traitants 
  • Aide pour la gestion des indicateurs qualité
  • Assistance de la comptable, de l'acheteur de la société et des assistantes responsables d'affaires


Bonne maitrise d’Excel
Esprit de synthèse, Rigoureux, Organisé et capacité d’adaptation
Titulaire d’un Bac +2 dans le domaine de la comptabilité, vous avez une bonne maîtrise des processus et normes comptables en entreprise.
Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques
