CIGMA Ile-de-France, entreprise du groupe VINCI énergies cultive sa différence et son expertise auprès de ses clients dans le secteur de la maintenance industrielle, spécialisée dans les activités de tris postales et logistique.

Nous recherchons notre futur Apprenti responsable administratif d'entreprise H/F pour rejoindre nos équipes basées à Tremblay-en-France (93)

Rattaché à un responsable administratif d'entreprise, vous participez au missions suivantes : 

✔  Suivi financier : contrôle des factures, suivi analytique des affaires, suivi des paiements, des relances clients/fournisseurs, participer à l’analyse des arrêtés de comptes de l’entreprise mensuels et trimestriels

✔  Comptabilité : rapprochements bancaires, saisie comptable

✔  Support aux décisions stratégiques : participation à l’élaboration des budgets et reportings financiers.


Vous préparez un Bac+4/5 en Gestion/Finance en alternance et êtes à la recherche d’un environnement dynamique.  

Vous aimez travailler en équipe et avez également un bon relationnel pour dialoguer avec les opérationnels.

Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l'organisation et réactivité sont des qualités essentielles pour réussir dans ce poste. Vous avez un excellent esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
