Voorman Projecten

Als Voorman Projecten geef je leiding aan 5–15 monteurs en/of ingeleend personeel. Je organiseert zelfstandig de aanleg en het onderhoud van installaties op E&I-gebied binnen diverse projecten. Je regelt technische zaken, verdeelt de werkzaamheden en houdt toezicht op de uitvoering, zodat alles volgens afspraak en veilig verloopt.

Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de klant en werk je, wanneer mogelijk, mee in de uitvoering. Omdat je onderdeel bent van de Business Unit Projecten, werk je projectmatig bij verschillende klanten en ben je bereid om te reizen. Afwisseling en flexibiliteit zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.

  • Je hebt een passie voor E&I en (proces-)installaties.
  • Je vindt het leuk om projectmatig te werken bij verschillende klanten.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en motiveert collega’s om samen kwaliteit te leveren.
  • Je hebt een mbo-diploma in elektrotechniek en enkele jaren ervaring met E&I-werkzaamheden in de (chemische) procesindustrie.
  • Je bent bereid om aanvullende cursussen te volgen en blijft je kennis ontwikkelen.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om te reizen.
