Dans le cadre de son évolution, VINCI Facilities Normandie Seine, recherche :

UN.E TECHNICIEN.NE DE MAINTENANCE CFA F/H, basé.e à Rouen.

Vous assurez les maintenances préventives et correctives des équipements sûreté :

Maintenance/dépannage et petits travaux

Intrusion : matériel Aritech / honeywell / SIEMENS

Contrôle d'accès :  matériel Synchronic...

VIDEO : GENETECH / HIKVISION / DAHUA, connaissance : informatique/réseau IP /


Vous avez en charge les missions suivantes :

Assurer les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective des installations en respectant les modes opératoires et plans de maintenance. Diagnostiquer l’origine des dysfonctionnements relevés dans le cadre des différentes opérations réalisées et apporter des solutions adaptées ou mettre en place les actions de maintenance associées,
Rédiger des comptes rendus d’intervention et utiliser l’outil de GMAO,
Réaliser des petits travaux liés à la maintenance.


Vous veillez au respect des consignes de prévention et de sécurité.


De formation BAC PRO ou BTS Maintenance industrielle / Electronique / Electrotechnique ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 4 ans minimum dans un poste similaire.

Vous possédez :

Des compétences en courants faibles,
Des connaissances en équipements de sûreté (contrôle d’accès, vidéo, anti-intrusion), en informatique /  réseau,


Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques et les applications sur Smartphone.

Vous faites preuve d’une grande autonomie, d’un sens du diagnostic et êtes force de propositions.

Vous avez l’esprit de service et appréciez travailler en synergie avec le reste de l’équipe de maintenance.

Votre goût du terrain, votre dynamisme et votre bon relationnel sont autant d'atouts qui contribueront à votre réussite à ce poste.
