The alliance brings together specialist engineering organisations responsible for preparing the ground for construction - using advanced geotechnical techniques such as piling, diaphragm walling, soil mixing and grouting.

As part of a large, collaborative and high‑performing team, you will play a vital role in enabling a safe, compliant and efficient workforce onboarding process for one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects.

About the role:

To provide efficient and accurate administrative support for all training and competence activities across the GSA project. • Support onboarding and mobilisation activities by ensuring required training records are in place.

Compliance & Audit Support

  • Support audit and assurance activities by collating training evidence and documentation.
  • Ensure filing and data management practices meet project and data protection requirements.
  • Highlight data gaps, inconsistencies, or missing information to the Training Advisor or Training Manager.

General Administration

  • Support the preparation of training-related communications and guidance.
  • Undertake general administrative tasks to support the wider training team.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties appropriate to the role
