Comptable Auxiliaire Fournisseurs F/H

SIXENSE, filiale de Vinci Construction, est un groupe d’excellence mondiale dans les services et les solutions numériques dédiées aux ouvrages, aux sols et à l’environnement pour comprendre, analyser, prévoir et optimiser leur gestion. 

Nous recrutons un Comptable Auxiliaire Fournisseurs H/F pour rejoindre notre Direction Administrative & Financière Sixense Group et travailler en soutien de nos Comptable Général. 

VOS MISSIONS CHEZ NOUS : 

- Gestion des factures fournisseurs : réception, vérification, saisie, imputation.

- Suivi des validations internes (workflow).

- Gestion des paiements : préparation des virements, suivi du respect des échéances.

- Suivi des comptes fournisseurs : lettrage, analyse, rapprochements.

- Gestion des relances.

- Relations internes et externes.

- Approbation des notes de frais ainsi que le traitement des paiements

Ces missions seront opérées sur un périmètre de plusieurs sociétés


VOUS ETES INTERESSE(E) ? 

VOICI CE QU'IL VOUS FAUT POUR REUSSIR AU MIEUX : 

  • De formation comptable BAC +2/+3 (BTS, DUT, licence), vous disposez d'une expérience réussie de 2-3 ans dans un poste similaire.  
  • Organisé(e), rigoureux(se), force de proposition, dynamique et motivé(e), vous maîtrisez les principes comptables et connaissez la TVA, FNP et CCA. 
  • Vous êtes doté(e) d'une bonne capacité d'adaptation et êtes prêt(e) à travailler sur différentes missions en fonction des besoins. Doté(e) d’un bon relationnel, vous aimez le travail en équipe.
  • Enfin vous êtes naturellement à l’aise et intéressé(e) par les outils comptables et financiers.
