Assistante d'entreprise F/H

PHIBOR Entreprises, filiale de VINCI Energies, est spécialisée dans l’ingénierie et les travaux d’électricité pour le secteur tertiaire. PHIBOR Entreprises emploie 370 salariés, qui allient leur expertise sur de nombreux chantiers en Ile-de-France.

Quelques chantiers en cours : Tour Triangle, Tour Adria, Hôpital Sainte-Anne, Grand Palais, Piscine Olympique, Hôtel Opéra Cadet

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Administratif et Comptable, nous recrutons un Assistant d’entreprise H/F.

Dans ce cadre, vous êtes en charge des missions suivantes :

v  Activité commerciale

§  Constituer les dossiers d’appels d’offres.

v  Activité comptable

§  Suivre les commandes clients et les dossiers d’affaires.

§  Saisir les factures sous-traitants et suivre les retenues de garantie et DGD

§  Etablir et suivre les dossiers administratifs, des agréments, des contrats et des cautions.

v  Activité administrative

§  Assurer la gestion administrative des intérimaires sur chantier  

§  Préparer les présentations et comptes rendus de réunions.


Titulaire d’un Bac +2 ou Bac +3 ou expérience professionnelle équivalente, vous recherchez un poste varié et opérationnel, au contact des salariés. 

Vous avez acquis 5 ans d’expériences, et dans l’idéal, dans le domaine du BTP.

Vous êtes organisé, autonome et doté d’un excellent relationnel.

Vous maîtrisez Word, Excel, Outlook.
