VINCI Facilities est la marque dédiée au facility management et à la maintenance multi technique du domaine d’activité Building Solutions de VINCI Energies.

Nous proposons des solutions de maintenance bâtimentaire et multi technique, de travaux induits, d’accompagnement technique et financier, notamment en crédit-bail, visant à améliorer la performance énergétique de nos clients publics.

Nous recherchons aujourd’hui un.e assistant.e administratif.ve rattaché.e à la Reponsable Administrative d’Entreprise pour répondre aux missions suivantes :

VOS MISSIONS

  • Établissement et suivi de la facturation auprès de nos clients
  • Suivi du recouvrement des créances clients
  • Suivi administratif des dossiers en lien avec les clients
  • Gestion des relations clients (commandes, factures, relances, encaissements)
  • Suivis des pointages techniciens
  • Suivis des contrats de sous-traitance
  • Etablissement de la partie administrative des appels d’offre et dans le montage des dossiers de réponse

D’autres missions transversales pourront être demandées selon les actualités de l’entreprise.


VOTRE PROFIL

Vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie dans une fonction similaire d’au moins 3 ans, la connaissance du secteur du BTP est un réel plus !

#Savoir-être :

- Rigueur, organisation

- Sens du relationnel

- Capable d’initiative et d’anticipation


#Compétences :

- Connaissance des outils bureautiques (word, excel, outlook)

- Bonne compréhension des processus administratifs
