JOB DIMENSIONS

The Head of Data s HR Campaigns is responsible for leading HR data governance, HR reporting and major HR campaign coordination across the GGIP and affiliate perimeter.

The position manages the HR Data team, including HR Data Analysts and Officers, ensuring reliable data, clear ownership of reporting activities, and consistent support to HRBPs and all HR team.

The position ensures the preparation, consolidation and follow-up of key HR campaigns, including Headcount Forecast, PLT, Budget / BU inputs, organizational reviews, staffing tracking and HR dashboards.

The position acts as the central HR data reference point, ensuring accuracy of HR data, consistency of tools, and timely reporting to support management decision-making.

ACTIVITIES

HSE

· Ensure that HR data and reporting activities integrate relevant HSE considerations where applicable, notably for workforce tracking and People on Board monitoring supporting safe operations.

HR Data s Reporting

  • Ensure the accuracy, reliability and consistency of HR data across all GGIP entities and affiliate perimeter.

  • Supervise the collection, validation and consolidation of HR data from HRBP, Talent Development, Training and HRIS sources.

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports and tracking tools supporting management, CODIR preparation and workforce follow-up.

  • Ensure data traceability, confidentiality and audit readiness across all reporting activities.

HR Campaigns

  • Lead and coordinate the preparation and delivery of HR campaigns related to organization and workforce planning, including Headcount Forecast, PLT, Budget/BU inputs and organizational reviews.

  • Ensure timely collection, consolidation and validation of campaign inputs from HRBP and project stakeholders.

  • Provide structured analysis and reporting to support HR arbitrations and management decision-making.

  • Ensure consistency between organizational structures, staffing plans and reporting outputs.

Organization s HRBP Support

  • Supervise organizational data management including organization charts, position tracking, reporting lines and workforce movements

  • Ensure proper update and consistency of HR tools and organizational files.

  • Provide data support to HRBP on staffing, organizational reviews and workforce analysis

  • Ensure alignment between HR systems, reporting tools and management outputs.

Talent Development s Training Data

  • Coordinate data related to talent development activities, including diversity tracking, mobility follow-up and HR campaigns

  • Support training data consolidation and reporting, ensuring accuracy of training follow-up and indicators

  • Ensure coherence between workforce planning data and talent development initiatives.

HRIS s Data Tools

  • Supervise HRIS activities, including position creation, system updates and data maintenance.

  • Ensure consistency between HRIS data and reporting outputs.

  • Contribute to the improvement and automation of HR data processes and tools.

  • Support HR teams in the use of data tools and reporting templates.

Management

  • Manage and organize the HR Data team, ensuring clear allocation of roles and priorities

  • Ensure reliability and quality of deliverables within defined timelines

  • Develop team competencies and promote continuous improvement of data practices


CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT

TEEP Ratawi Hub is an affiliate steering and implementing $10 billion investment in 4-in-1 multi-energy and multi-branch Growth Gas Integrated Project (GGIP) in Basra region of Iraq. GGIP consists of: Common Seawater Supply Project (CSSP) – to treat 5Mbwpd of seawater for water injection to oil fields, Associated Gas Upstream Project (AGUP) and Gas Mid-stream Project (GMP) – to produce 210kbopd at plateau and to supply gas to 1.5GW of power generation capacity, growing to 3GW in 2nd phase, Solar Power Plant (APP) – to supply 1GW solar electricity. The sub projects are run in parallel and are at various stages of advancement.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ensure reliable, consistent and timely HR data across GGIP and affiliate perimeter

  • Ensure successful delivery of HR campaigns related to organization, headcount, budget inputs, PLT and workforce planning. Provide accurate reporting and analysis to support HR management and business decision-making

  • Ensure proper management and development of the HR Data team and ensure confidentiality and respect of the data. Support HRBPs and HR streams by providing clear, structured and reliable data

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement, automation and professionalization of HR reporting and data practices.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Data, Information Systems or related field

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HR data, HR reporting, HRIS, workforce planning or HR project support, preferably in a large organization or project-driven environment.

  • Strong knowledge of HR data management, workforce indicators, organization reporting and HR campaign coordination

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; knowledge of Power BI, HRIS, HR4U, Power Apps or similar tools is an advantage. Good understanding of HR processes, organization management, staffing, talent development and training data

  • Ability to manage a small team, structure priorities and ensure reliable delivery under deadlines

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to translate data into clear information for decision-making. Excellent coordination skills with HR stakeholders and ability to support multiple HR streams simultaneously. High level of confidentiality, rigor and reliability in handling sensitive HR data

  • No mandatory certification. Certification in Power BI, HRIS, data analytics or process improvement is a plus.
