Nous recherchons pour notre société VINCI Energies France Infras Ouest Réunion, située à Saint Herblain (44), un (e) comptable H/F, en CDI.

Directement rattaché(e) au Responsable Administratif et Financier, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

Comptabilité Générale et analytique :

- Comptabilité fournisseurs (Saisie des factures, règlements, Mise à jour des fiches fournisseurs,)

- Poursuite du processus de digitalisation des factures fournisseurs

- Comptabilité clients (Facturation)

- Classement et archivages

- Saisie et suivi de la trésorerie

- Saisie et contrôle des notes de frais des collaborateurs.

- Suivi Budgétaire des frais généraux et de la bonne imputation analytique.

- Déclarations Fiscales et sociales

Administratif :

- Suivi des contrats de frais généraux

- Reporting

- Autres tâches administratives


De Formation BAC+2/3, avec une spécialisation en comptabilité, vous disposez d’une expérience réussie d’au moins deux ans en comptabilité.

Vous maitrisez le pack Office.

La Connaissance de l’ERP SAP serait un plus.

 Rigoureux(se), polyvalent(e), organisé(e) et doté(e) d’un bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, vous faites preuve d'une capacité à expliquer et avez le sens du service.
