Assistant administratif et commercial F/H

Au sein de l’agence MRL, le poste consiste à la gestion quotidienne de l’administratif lié au pôle commercial ; c’est-à-dire :

-        Rédaction des devis,

-        Relance créances et offres

-        Veille et validation des DAP (document d’acceptation préable)

-        Vérification des tarifs transport et matériaux pour facturation

-        Veille garantie client- solvabilité et suivi acomptes

Relationnel avec les clients, commerciaux, fournisseurs et service comptabilité.


Compétences : bases compta, administrative et informatique.

Capacité a travailler en visio et à distance ; utilisation de l’outil Microsoft teams.

Être capable de résister au stress des pics d'activité.

Polyvalence et capacité d'adaptation.

Autonome et organisé.
