Dans le cadre du développement des compétences de nos collaborateurs et du respect des obligations réglementaires, nous recherchons un·e Assistant·e RH Formation pour accompagner la Responsable Formation dans ses missions quotidiennes.

Vos missions :

  • Préparer et mettre à jour les documents administratifs nécessaires aux inscriptions de formation
  • Assurer la coordination logistique : conventions, convocations, salles, suivi des présences.
  • Gérer la collecte et l'archivage des justificatifs (attestations, habilitations...etc).
  • Suivre les échéances et relancer les interlocuteurs pour garantir la mise en oeuvre à temps des formations
  • Appuyer la Responsable Formation dans la planification et le reporting des actions de formation.

Bac à Bac+2 en Ressources Humaines, Administration ou équivalent.

Compétences techniques :

  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word)
  • Bonne organisation et gestion des priorités.
  • Connaissance des processus administratifs RH.

Savoir être:

  • Rigueur et sens du détail.
  • Bon relationnel, adaptabilité et réactivité.
