Responsable services généraux F/H
07/05/2026Dans le cadre d'une création de poste nous recherchons un Responsable Services Généraux (H/F) pour la société Cegelec Centre Est Tertiaire, filiale de VINCI Energies.
Le poste est à pourvoir sur le site de Saint-Maurice-de-Beynost (01). Des déplacements sont à prévoir sur notre centre de travaux à Péronnas (01).
À ce titre, vos principales missions sont :
o Gérer les stocks, approvisionnements et achats de matériel, outillage, consommables et EPI
o Garantir la disponibilité, la conformité et l’entretien du matériel du magasin
o Organiser la réception, le stockage et la distribution du matériel vers les chantiers
o Assurer le suivi des équipements de sécurité et veiller au respect des règles QSE
o Participer à la gestion environnementale (tri et suivi des déchets, reporting)
o Gérer les moyens généraux : parc véhicules, bâtiment et zones logistiques
o Apporter un support opérationnel aux équipes terrain et être force de proposition dans l’amélioration des process logistiques
o Réceptionner les livraisons
Issu(e) d’une formation en logistique, gestion des stocks, maintenance ou équivalent, vous justifiez d’une première expérience sur un poste similaire en environnement industriel.
Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Pack Office) et êtes à l’aise avec les outils de suivi et de gestion.
Autonome, organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), vous savez gérer les priorités et travailler en lien avec de nombreux interlocuteurs internes et externes.
Votre sens du service, votre réactivité et votre vigilance en matière de sécurité et d’environnement seront des atouts essentiels.
