Rattaché au Responsable d’Affaires, vous serez formé et participerez aux missions suivantes en tant qu’Adjoint Responsable d’Affaires H/F, afin de pouvoir être autonome et évoluer sur un poste de Responsable d’Affaires à moyen terme :
Gestion de projet : organisation et pilotage des affaires sur notre activité dédiée aux grands projets.
Planification/organisation : réunion de lancement, reporting, rédaction et suivi de planning, gestion des budgets (heures & achats), REX des affaires
Technique : Analyse, validation des livrables d’affaires, coordination avec le bureau d’études et les chantiers
Commerce : relationnel clients et partenaires, chiffrages, mémoires techniques
Achats : audit, évaluation des fournisseurs et sous-traitants, validation des commandes
Vous assurez l’ensemble de vos missions dans le respect des consignes et procédures de sécurité et qualité.
Des déplacements fréquents sur le chantier sont à prévoir dans la région.
Profil 👨🎓:
Vous êtes diplômé d’un Master ou d'une école d’ingénieur en génie électrique
Vous avez le Permis B (obligatoire pour ce poste)
Vous avez une bonne capacité d’écoute et savez être autonome
Vous êtes disponible, flexible
