CDD - Assistant(e) Administratif Bâtiment F/H

La société Cegelec Centre Est Tertiaire, filiale de VINCI Energies recrute un(e) Assistant(e) Administratif Bâtiment (H/F) pour un poste à pourvoir à partir de septembre 2026. 

Contrat CDD de 6 mois. 

Le poste est basé sur l’agence de Saint-Maurice de Beynost (01). 

Vos missions :

- L'accueil téléphonique et physique, réception des livraisons 


- La rédaction de divers courriers


- La préparation et le montage des dossiers d'appels d'offres / appels de candidatures : marchés publics/privés


- Le suivi des chronos ainsi que la saisie de N° devis /N° d'affaires /codification marketing sur logiciel propre de VINCI


- La gestion des factures/ des relances / des encaissements clients (avec les responsables d'affaires)


- Le suivi des cautions bancaires / des PV de réception en fin d'affaires / Compte prorata / Retenue de garantie


- La gestion des sous-traitants (déclaration, caution, FCP…)


 De formation Bac +2 Assistant(e) de gestion PME/PMI ou Assistant(e) manager, vous avez une première expérience dans le domaine du BTP.

Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e), autonome et disposez d'une bonne capacité d'adaptation.

Vous aimez le travail en équipe et êtes réactif face aux difficultés.

Une bonne maîtrise du Pack Office est indispensable et la maîtrise de SAP est nécessaire.
