Basé à Sarreguemines (57), l’entreprise SODILOR [groupe VINCI CONSTRUCTION] est référente sur son marché. Elle conçoit, fabrique et commercialise des équipements de sécurité et de confort pour les infrastructures routières.

Nous recherchons notre nouvel(le) Responsable B.E.

Poste :

En tant que pilote du processus CONCEPTION & INDUSTRIALISATION, vous gérez le cycle de vie des produits, de leur création jusqu’à leur promotion en passant par leur amélioration et leur industrialisation.

Vous définissez ainsi :

-       La stratégie Produits / Process de l’entreprise 

via l’analyse des familles de produits, le benchmarking de la concurrence et la veille technologique

-       La feuille de routes des prochains développements

en intégrant les opportunités d’éco-conception et d’économie circulaire.

Le Bureau d’Etudes étant le garant du savoir technique de l’entreprise, vous assurez également le support technique au reste de l’entreprise et mettez en œuvre une politique de définition et de classement des données techniques (Coût de revient, données SAP, plans, notices,…)

Vous vous appuierez sur votre équipe constituée d’un ingénieur Méthodes et d’un dessinateur.

Véritable profil transversal, vous êtes membre du comité de direction de l’entreprise.


De formation ingénieur généraliste ou conception de produit (bac+5) à tendance mécanique, vous êtes rigoureux, méthodique et autonome. Vous savez faire preuve de créativité et d’initiative.

Vous êtes formé à la gestion de projet.

Une première expérience professionnelle en tant que responsable bureau d’étude et/ou conception mécanique (pièces plastiques) est demandée.
