Un Conducteur de travaux principal H/F

Vous êtes affectés à un projet de construction neuve ou de  réhabilitation et êtes rattaché au directeur de travaux. Vous aurez principalement en charge les missions suivantes : 

- Assurez la mise en œuvre des moyens nécessaires à l'exécution des travaux dans le respect des conditions de sécurité, de coûts ainsi que de qualité,

- Managez, accueillez, formez et accompagnez dans leurs missions au quotidien une équipe de 1 à 3 conducteurs de travaux,

- Etes garant de la rentabilité des affaires qui vous sont confiées,

- Etes l'interlocuteur privilégié du client et du maitre d'œuvre. 


Issu d'une formation ingénieur BTP, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 5 ans minimum sur un poste de conducteur de travaux et vous souhaitez évoluer.
Rigoureux et organisé, vous justifiez de qualités managériales certaines ainsi que d'un sens important du profit. Autonome et diplomate, votre esprit d'analyse et d'anticipation vous apportera pleine réussie dans vos fonctions.
