Quality Coordinator

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Quality Coordinator to join our team and ensure that our products/services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Coordinator to oversee all aspects of quality control and assurance within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the developing, implementing and maintaining of quality control procedures and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications
Conduct regular inspections and audits of processes, materials, and finished products to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality objectives, performance metrics, and corrective/preventive actions
Provide training and guidance to employees on quality processes, procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of quality excellence
Participate in investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Identify and management and control of Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)
Managing Emero data base for site QA deliverable documents
Monitor and analyse quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process optimization
Participate in quality improvement projects to enhance product/service quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components meet our standards
Prepare reports and documentation related to quality performance, compliance, and corrective actions for management review
Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality management to continuously improve our quality systems
Qualifications:
Experience in quality control/assurance, preferably in transmission sector
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001, etc.) and regulatory requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions
Internal Auditor certificate preferred
Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision
Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software/tools
