Submissions Manager

This role sits at the centre of Seymour Whyte’s work-winning function, bringing strategy, clarity and creativity to every submission. As Submissions Manager, you will lead the development of compelling EOIs, tenders and award submissions that tell our story clearly and credibly, ensuring our teams put their best foot forward with every client. You will collaborate closely with bid managers, technical experts and leaders across the business, setting the standard for quality, consistency and compliance while mentoring others and strengthening our national submissions capability.
About the role:
- Managing end-to-end submissions, EOIs and non-price criteria
- Coordinating inputs from technical, commercial and leadership teams
- Managing multiple external stakeholders on complex bids such as designers, JV Partners and consultants
- Writing, editing and refining content to meet client requirements
- Leading kick-off meetings, reviews and submission processes
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting capability uplift
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- Extensive experience delivering construction submissions or tenders
- Strong writing, editing and content strategy capability
- Advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines without losing attention to detail
- Confident communicator who works well across diverse stakeholders
