The Perth Entertainment and Sporting Precinct will transform the Burswood Peninsula into Western Australia’s premier destination for sport, music and community events. Featuring Perth’s first outdoor amphitheatre, landscaped parklands and multi-use tracks, this iconic project will create a vibrant space for festivals, cycling, motorsport and more. Parking is available on site and it has very convenient links to public transport, so access is not an issue.

As a Project Engineer on this transformational project, you’ll be at the centre of day‑to‑day delivery. You’ll work closely with site teams, supervisors and subcontractors to keep work moving safely and efficiently, all while ensuring designs are interpreted correctly and construction aligns with program requirements. Your technical input, planning and leadership will directly influence the quality, safety and success of this city‑shaping development.

About the role:

• Coordinating construction engineering activities to ensure works meet plans and specifications
• Monitoring progress against program and reporting to the Project Manager
• Managing workforce, subcontractors and supervisors to support safe and efficient delivery
• Tracking productivity, cost and revenue using systems like Envision or Expert
• Preparing construction forecasts, reports and design interpretations for site teams

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Experience delivering civil infrastructure for state authorities
• Strong understanding of WHS, environment and quality requirements
• Ability to produce ITPs, SWMS and interpret technical designs
• Confident managing budgets, forecasts and subcontractor performance

Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver’s Licence and have their own transport.
