National Remedial Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced National Remedial Site Manager to oversee site delivery across major remedial, structural, and refurbishment projects throughout Australia. This role plays a key part in supporting regional project teams, ensuring national consistency in safety, quality, and site execution.
You can be based in any state, with frequent travel to active project sites across Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled site leader with a strong technical background in remedial construction, brownfield environments, and complex project staging.
Key Responsibilities
Lead on‑site operations for major remedial and structural upgrade projects
Coordinate subcontractors, site crews, materials, equipment, and logistics across multiple states
Ensure strict adherence to drawings, specifications, scopes, and quality standards
Oversee all site safety, risk management, and environmental complianceProvide expert site leadership on high‑risk, high‑complexity remedial works
Support regional teams with methodologies, staging, temporary works, and constructability reviews
Uphold strong client and stakeholder relationships on site
Assist in national reporting, progress tracking, and delivery performance
Drive a culture of safety, compliance, and professional site behaviour
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
Extensive experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor within remedial, structural, civil, or refurbishment environments
Strong technical understanding of remedial methodologies, including:
Concrete repair and remediationCoatings and corrosion protection
Structural strengthening
Façade repair
Marine or industrial asset remediation
Proven leadership of site teams in brownfield or live operational environments
Ability to interpret technical drawings, scopes, and engineering documentation
Strong background in subcontractor management and self‑perform work
Excellent communication and client‑facing skillsHigh commitment to safety, quality, and project performance
Willingness and ability to travel regularly interstate
Desirable Background
Experience across marine structures, stadiums, bridges, façades, industrial facilities, or critical infrastructure
Temporary works exposure: formwork, falsework, scaffolding, propping
Qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or similar fields
