Site Manager / Senior Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager/ Senior Site Supervisor to support the delivery of major remedial, structural, and refurbishment works. This is a nationally based role, meaning you can live in any state, with project‑based travel required when assigned to specific major projects.
This role does not oversee national operations; rather, you will act as a specialised site manager who is deployed to key projects where your expertise is needed.
You will work closely with regional teams to ensure consistent standards in safety, quality, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day site delivery for major remedial and structural upgrade projects
- Manage subcontractors, site crews, equipment, materials, and logistics
- Ensure compliance with drawings, scopes, specifications, and quality expectations
- Oversee site safety, risk controls, and environmental standards
- Provide expert guidance on complex remedial activities and construction staging
- Support project teams with methodologies, temporary works, and constructability
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to project reporting, progress tracking, and performance management
- Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Strong experience as a Site Manager or Senior Supervisor in remedial, structural, civil, or refurbishment works
- Technical understanding of: Concrete repair, Coatings and corrosion protection, Structural strengthening, Façade remediation, Marine or
- industrial asset repairs
- Demonstrated leadership in brownfield or live operational environments
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documents
- Strong subcontractor and self‑perform work management experience
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and performance
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
Desirable
- Experience with bridges, wharves, marine structures, façades, stadiums, industrial assets, or major facilities
- Exposure to temporary works (scaffolding, propping, formwork)
- Qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or similar
