Technicien(ne) de maintenance CVC posté(e) F/H

Intégrée au réseau VINCI Energies, VINCI Facilities Val de Loire est spécialisée dans la maintenance et le facility management. Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recrutons un/une Technicien(ne) de maintenance CVC posté(e) sur le département du 37. 

🔧Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Maintenir les équipements CVC du client pour assurer leur bon fonctionnement en respectant les modes opératoires et les plans de maintenance ;
  • Réaliser les interventions préventives et curatives des équipements du client ;
  • Détecter l'origine d'une panne et établir un diagnostic ;
  • Participer à la réalisation des devis de préconisation ou d’amélioration ;
  • Rédiger des rapports d'intervention via les outils internes dédiés ;
  • Renseigner toutes les activités dans la GMAO pour assurer un retour d'expérience optimum ;
  • Participer à la réalisation des devis.

De formation type Bac Pro à BTS Maintenance des systèmes/ MEE/ Efficacité énergétique avec une première expérience sur le même type de poste.
Vous faites preuve d'autonomie et d'un sens du diagnostic. Vous êtes force de proposition et amenez des solutions d'amélioration. Vous avez le sens du service et des responsabilités.

Habilitations souhaitées : Fluide Frigorigènes.

Les habilitations électriques, CACES Nacelle seraient un plus !
