Business Unit Controller

Als Business Unit Controller ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de financiële beheersing van twee Business Units. Je zorgt voor betrouwbare financiële rapportages, analyses en forecasts en bent het financiële aanspreekpunt voor de Business Unit General Managers en het managementteam.

Je bent in staat om financiële informatie te vertalen naar heldere stuurinformatie en fungeert als sparringpartner bij het opstellen van budgetten, forecast en beleidsbeslissingen. Dankzij jouw rapportages, analyses en adviezen, kun je als lid van het MT vanuit de financiële kant de bedrijfsvoering waar nodig bijsturen.

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen van twee Business Units
  • Opstellen en analyseren van managementrapportages, dashboards en financiële KPI's
  • Bewaken van omzet, resultaat, margeontwikkeling en kostenbeheersing
  • Ondersteunen van de Business Unit General Managers bij financiële vraagstukken en besluitvorming
  • Opstellen en coördineren van budgetten, forecasts en meerjarenplannen
  • Monitoren van projectresultaten, onderhanden werk en projectrisico's
  • Signaleren van financiële risico's, kansen en optimalisatiemogelijkheden voor de Business Unit(s)
  • Zorgdragen voor een juiste, volledige en tijdige financiële administratie in samenwerking met Finance
  • Ondersteunen bij audits en interne controlewerkzaamheden
  • Fungeren als sparringpartner voor projectmanagers, teamleads en Business Unit General Managers
  • Hbo-/wo-opleiding Finance, Accountancy (AA) of Bedrijfseconomie,
  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als Business Controller, Financial Controller of vergelijkbare functie
  • Ervaring binnen een projectorganisatie, bij voorkeur in een technische of dienstverlenende omgeving
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een goed ontwikkeld cijfermatig inzicht
  • Ervaring met budgettering, forecasting en managementrapportages
  • Je kunt complexe financiële informatie begrijpelijk maken voor non-financials
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een natuurlijke sparringpartner voor management en projectorganisatie
  • Proactief, adviesvaardig en comfortabel in een dynamische omgeving
  • Je bent een fijne sparringpartner en netwerker
