Technicien de maintenance GTB F/H
15/06/2026Le Pôle VINCI Facilities IDF Tertiaire, recrute un technicien de Maintenance GTB (H/F) pour rejoindre nos équipes sur un site prestigieux à Vélizy (78)
A ce titre vos missions seront :
- Contrôle et Inhibition des alarmes
- Contrôle communication Bus
- Contrôle des postes de supervision, matériel et infra
- Gestion des identifiants et accès postes de supervision
- Contrôle communication réseau et protocal BACnetVérification du serveur web (work-station)
- Test sur des points physique (DI-AI-AV-AO...), accompagnement avec les techniciens sur place.
- Test de fonctionnement des boucles de régulation et modification des paramètres (Consignes, Limites, Programmes horaires)
- Test de fonctionnement sur les automatismes via les supervisions
- Test fonctionnement des RU (télécommandes) et des modules d'extension
- Sauvegarde projet supervision
- Sauvegarde archivage
- Sauvegarde des bases SQL
- Vérification des états des équipements
- Contrôle des tendances et historiques
- Contrôle communication équipements
- Suivi avec sous-traitant (CR-System).
• De Formation Bac +2 à Bac +5 en automatisme, Licence Pro SARII (Systèmes Automatisés, Réseaux, Informatique Industrielle) ou BTS FED (option Bâtiments intelligents).
• Vous possédez de bonnes compétences en automate de régulation et de supervision et disposez d’une éxperience d'au moins 3 ans dans le domaine de la GTB, CVC, Confort.
• Vous avez de bonnes connaissances des réseaux et protocoles de communications : Modbus, LAN, LonWorks, BACnet ...
• Vous êtes apte à travailler de manière autonome, avec un fort sens de la rigueur dans l'exécution de vos tâches.
