Responsable de Chantiers Electricité Industrielle // Activité Gravières F/H

En tant que Responsable de Chantiers, vous serez au cœur de nos opérations terrain chez nos clients exploitants de gravières et carrières.

Votre rôle sera de préparer, coordonner et piloter les chantiers afin d’assurer la qualité, la sécurité et le respect des délais et des budgets.

Sous la responsabilité d’un Responsable d’Affaires, vos principales missions seront :

  • Préparer les chantiers : analyser les implantations, définir les besoins, organiser les approvisionnements
  • Coordonner et superviser les équipes : répartir les tâches, suivre l’avancement, gérer les sous-traitants
  • Installer et contrôler : implanter des équipements, réaliser les câblages, effectuer les tests et mises en service
  • Assurer la maintenance et les dépannages en cas de besoin
  • Garantir la sécurité et la conformité : appliquer les règles QHSE, animer les briefings sécurité
  • Communiquer efficacement avec les équipes et les clients

Ce poste est fait pour vous si :

  • Vous aimez travailler en extérieur et relever des défis techniques
  • Vous avez le sens de l’organisation et savez piloter plusieurs chantiers simultanément
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, autonome et avez un bon relationnel

Profil recherché :

  • Formation technique (électrotechnique, électromécanique ou équivalent)
  • Expérience en gestion de chantiers industriels ou travaux publics avec dominante électrotechnique
  • Connaissance des normes de sécurité et des règles de l’art
  • Permis B indispensable
