Gestionnaire de paie F/H

Intégré(e) à l’équipe de l’unité fonctionnelle et sous la responsabilité du Responsable Financier, vous serez chargé(e) d’assurer la gestion administrative du personnel, de la création des dossiers du personnel, en passant par la gestion des affiliations, la gestion de la paie, et enfin le suivi d’activité jusqu’au départ du salarié. 

Sur un périmètre d’environ 200 salariés, vous aurez plus particulièrement la charge de :

- La gestion administrative des entrées sorties

- Des éléments variables de paie

- Des dossiers prévoyance

- Des déclarations sociales annuelles, trimestrielles ou mensuelles réglementaires

- Du suivi des congés payés

- Du suivi des indemnisations en cas d’absence maladie maternité …

- Du versement de la participation, de l’intéressement et de l’épargne salariale

- Des soldes de tout compte et des attestations ASSEDIC

- Du suivi des comptes de paie

 De plus, vous apportez des réponses aux salariés concernant leur situation et leur paie.


Vous avez une expérience confirmée dans le domaine de la comptabilité et souhaitez vous convertir dans le domaine de la paie.

Ou bien

Diplômé(e) d’un bac +2/3 en comptabilité ou en RH option paie, vous avez à minima une première expérience réussie en apprentissage dans un service paie.

La connaissance de la convention collective du Bâtiment ainsi que de l’environnement SAP serait un vrai plus.

Rigueur et sens de la confidentialité sont des atouts indispensables pour ce poste.
