Stage Assistant(e) Comptable

L'unité fonctionnelle de Graniou Azur recherche un(e) stagiaire Comptable H/F.

Rattaché(e) au RAF (Responsable administratif et financier), vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

- Comptabilisation des factures

- Répondre au téléphone et traitement des relances

- Règlements manuels

- Note de frais, Frais généraux(Total,loyer, vinci, assurances)

- Ouverture des comptes fournisseurs et Gestion des Sous Traitants

- Virement SEPAM

- Décaissements des prélèvements et abonnement véhicules

- Ouverture compte clients/ équipements

- Services Généraux UF + Secrétariat+ sinistre Assurance

- Tri des courriers /scan des factures et envoi (contraventions)

- Traitement de la comptabilité de la paie


Vous préparer un diplôme BTS comptabilité, et vous cherchez un stage.
