Chef d'équipe/chantier Electricien Industriel (H/F) F/H
17/07/2026Pilotage opérationnel des chantiers :
- Préparer les chantiers à partir des dossiers techniques
- Organiser et planifier les travaux
- Définir les besoins en ressources humaines et matérielles
- Encadrer les équipes chantier (monteurs, électriciens, sous-traitants)
Réalisation technique :
- Superviser ou réaliser les travaux d’électricité industrielle
(armoires électriques, distributions BT/HT, câblage, équipements industriels, instrumentation)
- Garantir la conformité des installations aux normes et exigences client
Sécurité – Qualité – Environnement :
- Appliquer et faire appliquer les règles QSE
- Assurer la sécurité des équipes (animation sécurité, PPSPS)
- Être un relais actif de la culture sécurité VINCI Energies
Relation client et reporting :
- Être l’interlocuteur terrain du client
- Participer aux réunions de chantier
- Rendre compte de l’avancement et des aléas au Responsable d’Affaires
Issue d’une formation en électrotechnique, vous justifiez d’une expérience sur un poste similaire.
Autonome et organisé(e), vous faites preuve de rigueur dans les tâches qui vous sont confiées. Doté(e) d’un bon relationnel, vous êtes à l’écoute des membres de nos équipes et de nos clients.
Vous êtes capable et avez la volonté de transmettre votre savoir-faire.
Vous possédez le Permis B.
Le siège de l’entreprise est basé à Vitry le François (51) – Poste essentiellement en Grands Déplacements
Démarrage dès que possible. Rémunération selon expérience.
