Your Role

As our Digital Design Degree Apprentice, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting visually engaging and dynamic content that inspires and informs. Your work will bring our business projects, achievements, and performance to life, fostering a deeper connection among our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Design engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and animations, to communicate key business updates, stories, and successes.
Champion NUVIA: Act as an ambassador for our culture and values, ensuring employees feel connected and valued through your designs.
Employee Engagement: Develop creative campaigns that foster pride and belonging across the workforce.
Digital Design Expertise: Apply your learning from the Level 6 Digital Design Degree to enhance our internal communications and engagement strategies.
Creative Thinking: Brainstorm innovative ideas to visually communicate complex topics in an accessible and impactful way.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:
GCSEs at grades 5-9, including Maths and English.
A-Levels at grades A-C, with one subject being English.
Passion for Design: You have a flair for creating visually stunning and effective designs.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent software is a plus.
Creative Mindset: You enjoy thinking outside the box and bringing ideas to life through design.
Great Communicator: Whether through visuals or words, you have a knack for making messages resonate.
Collaborative Spirit: You enjoy working with others and are keen to contribute to a shared vision.
Proactive Attitude: You’re not afraid of a challenge and always strive to make an impact.
