Join NUVIA: Unleash Your Potential

Are you a recent graduate eager to kickstart your career in a dynamic and innovative environment? Look no further! NUVIA is seeking talented and ambitious graduates to join our expanding team.

The Graduate Programme

Our structured Engineering Graduate Programme has been designed to give you experience across a broad range of engineering areas. As well as receiving first-class training and support, you will work alongside some of the most respected and highly qualified professionals in their field.

Joining the NUVIA Graduate Programme as an Electrical Control & Instrumentation Engineer (EC&I), you will spend two years gaining an appreciation for the design life cycle; by being involved in the initial concept design through optioneering, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, operation and decommissioning.

The Graduate Programme is structured to provide you with the skills and experience to support your application for Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) Membership and progress to chartership.

You will be a member of a team, contributing to the achievement of real business objectives and will be assigned to live projects. You will interface with other engineering disciplines, project managers and nuclear safety specialists.

We will support you in becoming a STEM ambassador - working to promote the industry to the future generations. Alongside, being a member of the YGN (Young Generation Network), encouraging networking with likeminded peers.

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for candidates with a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar (minimum 2:1), preferably with a master’s degree in a related field.

Equally as important are behaviours; we are looking for someone who can demonstrate their excellent communication skills and show initiative and resourcefulness.

To support you:

·         Each Graduate is assigned a mentor and a line manager, this ensures that you receive the support and guidance necessary for your personal and professional development.

·         Exposure to a variety of projects

·         Rotational programme ensuring a well-rounded development, with opportunities for site-based placements in the UK
